Our Herkimer Drop earrings are just divine and are an exceptional statement earring for your special day - and perfect for your 'something old, something new'.

Featuring AAA+ grade Herkimer Diamond Quartz.
The Herkimer is a double-terminated quartz crystal with a diamond-like geometrical shape. Discovered in Herkimer County, NewYork around the late 18th Century, they were named "diamonds" because of their extraordinary clarity and well-formed facets. The crystals are extremely slow forming and close to five hundred million years old. It is normal for a herkimer to sometimes have beautiful natural inclusions of yellow, brown or black. Herkimer diamond quartz have a moh's hardness of 7.5

Sterling silver 0.8mm thick wire hook. Dainty sterling silver O chain + large herkimer quartz (approx. 10mm wide). Sits approx. 60mm off the lobe.

Small Herkimer Drops: (Image 2)
Sterling silver 1mm thick wire hook + large herkimer quartz (approx. 10mm wide).
Sits approx. 15mm off the lobe.
