Flat rate for standard shipping is $10, and estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days.
We offer Free Shipping for all orders above $120 - To apply your Free Shipping you MUST enter the code FREESHIPPING in the Discount Bar at Checkout, otherwise you will be charged shipping.
Once an item has been dispatched we will notify you via email with your tracking information.
We are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen or damaged in transit. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you wish to purchase insurance on your package.
International Shipping
Folk and Freya will not be held responsible for incorrect or invalid address input at the checkout, customs/import taxes in your country or restrictions in your country receiving parcels from Australia. If your parcel is sent back due to any of these reasons, the customer will have to cover extra shipping/return costs. (Please check the customs/import taxes in your country, as well as any restrictions receiving international postage from Australia)
