RETURNS POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons, EARRINGS cannot be returned or exchanged.
Made to Order or Clearance / On Sale items are not eligible for either a return or refund. We do not issue a refund for a change of mind.

If in the unlikely event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or the item is faulty, please email us at: [email protected] and we will replace your item; please read below:

Please note that:

  • Returned products must include all original packaging and be in its original condition, just like it was when you received it. If the items have been worn or damaged from wear/usage, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Postage costs for returned orders will not be refunded; only the cost of the actual item/s returned will be refunded.
  • We are not be responsible for lost return packages. Please ensure you use a tracking number or method of secure postage.
